Do you ship to my country?

Yes!

We ship everywhere, including the USA, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, but we can ship anywhere in the world!

What are your shipping conditions?

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all products. All products come from different suppliers so they might not always arrive together on the same day. Items are sent from outside the U.S., Please allow 5-15 business days for the items to arrive.

Shipping Time: For non-us items we use a shipping method which usually takes 10-30 business days to arrive and includes insurance and tracking number, which you can get if you contact us using the contact form or by e-mail, or by using our Order Lookup method.

3-5 Day US Domestic Delivery: Some of our items are shipped from North America in order to deliver them quickly to our USA customers. This service costs us $6.15 per order, but we charge a fixed price of $3 for it, regardless of how many items are in your cart, so you can get your items faster!

What about customs charges?

It is very rare that our customers have to pay custom charges for the products, we do fill all the invoice questionnaires correctly and accurately to avoid this kind of charges. AtPerry's unfortunately cannot control each and every countries custom's restrictions and fees, and customers, like in every product they order online internationally, are responsible for the custom fees.

We use PayPal as our payment processor. This means that the payment info you provide is received by PayPal and we do not have any access to it. What items are covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection?

Purchase of most goods that can be posted and which do not violate PayPal policies. If your item has not arrived, but has been shipped by us and your local postal company claims it was "Delivered", this is not in our responsibility and we cannot refund this transaction. Depending on the case, we can re-send the item free of charge, or give you a coupon to order something else from our shop. "Delivered" items that have not arrived to your door or mailbox, should be solved with your local postal office, as they marked it as Delivered.

Why does my jewelry look different from the picture?

Every crystal is unique. No two crystals with the identical chemistry exists. That’s why the gemstone you’ve received might look slightly different from the pictures you’ve seen. As these are natural gemstones, we cannot guarantee identical stone just as no one can. The differences in crystals make it gorgeous and unique!

What is the meaning of 925 Sterling Silver?

When 92.5% of silver is mixed with 7.5% of alloys, the result is Sterling Silver. Called 925 Silver and Sterling Silver, this purity is stamped on an unexposed part of the jewelry with the digits 925. It is called the hallmark. If the silver ring or earring you’re wearing has it, this is a sign your jewelry is original silver with the purity hallmark.

Why is my jewelry turning black?

The black color you see is called tarnish and can be caused due to two reasons. Due to humidity and oxygen around you, silver converts into silver oxide on the surface of the silver like a film or coating in black called tarnish. Silver is not the only metal this happens to as brass and many other soft metals show the same tarnish. It is different rust as the inner layer of the silver is not affected by tarnish. A simple cleaning or polishing will bring back its luster.    

My silver jewelry is turning the skin green. What do I do?

Firstly, we use the 925 Sterling Silver for making jewelry. It is the universal best with 92.5% of pure silver mixed with alloys. You can’t use 100% pure silver because it is too soft. The presence of copper as an alloy in sterling silver leads can react with moisture around you to create a green layer of tarnish.

Secondly, skin oils might also be the reason your jewelry turns green. Certain reactions with the lotion or perfume you apply while wearing the jewelry can also turn it into green. If you’re allergic to the metal specified in the description of the jewelry you’re interested in, please avoid buying it. Using harmful chemicals while wearing the jewelry can also cause such reactions.

How to prevent my jewelry from turning the skin green or black?

You have three ways of preventing your jewelry from turning green or black. Your first solution is to clean the jewelry after every wear. The second solution is to store it in an air tight box while storing to prevent rusting or oxidation. The last solution is to coat your jewelry with a transparent nail polish to create a barrier between the jewelry and your skin.

How long does gold plating last?

Not all of our jewelry is gold plated. If the jewelry you’ve selected is gold plated, you don’t have to worry about losing the luster for up to 1 year. Once you see the plating fade, take it to any jewelry shop for a gold plating.

What is sterling silver patina?

When tarnish sediments in the nook and cranny of the silver jewelry for a long time, it creates a soft and warm glow over it. Simple cleaning does not remove a patina. Moreover, in the jewelry world, silver jewelry with a patina is considered elite and upscale. You can polish over the silver to develop a warm tone for your jewelry.

Where to store your jewelry?

Good storage of jewelry makes all the difference. If your jewelry storage is poor, your silver jewelry will become black sooner than later due to tarnish. To prevent tarnish, it is best to store your jewelry items in an air-tight box or silk bag singly. This will prevent the jewelry from scratching each other as well.

  • Coat it with silver foil.
  • Fill it with 500 ml boiling water.
  • Add a spoon of baking soda.
  • Now place your jewelry in the bowl.
  • Clean it with a soft bristle brush after 5 minutes.
