Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship everywhere, Including USA, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, but we can ship anywhere in the world!

What are your shipping conditions?

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all products. All products come from different suppliers so they might not always arrive together on the same day. Items are sent from outside the U.S., Please allow 5-15 business days for the items to arrive.

Shipping Time: We are using the ePacket shipping method which usually takes 5-15 business days to arrive and includes insurance and tracking number, which you can get if you contact us using the contact form or by e-mail, or by using our Order Lookup method.

3-Day US Domestic Delivery: Some our items are shipped from California in order to deliver them quickly to our USA customers. This service costs us $6 per order, but we charge fixed price of $3 for it, regardless of how many items are in your cart.

Is it safe to give my credit card details at this shop?

We use PayPal as our payment processor. This means that the payment info you provide is received by PayPal and we do not have any access to it. In addition, you enjoy PayPal's Buyer's Protection which means if there's any problem with the transaction or the order, you will be refunded the full amount by PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security).

Can I pay without having a PayPal account?

You don't need a PayPal account to pay at our shop! Those are the steps to pay without a PayPal account:

Step 1
Click on the PayPal link on the merchant's website. Depending on how the website is designed, you may have to choose a "PayPal" option from a payment type selection screen, then click "Continue" or "Submit" before you can move on to the PayPal payment screen.

Step 2
Look for a section on the payment screen that reads "Don't have a PayPal account?" You should see a link titled "continue checkout" somewhere in this section. Select this link to open the credit card input screen.

Step 3
Enter your personal information, billing address and credit or debit card information into the appropriate lines on the input screen. Click the "Review Payment" button when you are done.

Step 4
Review the payment details displayed on the screen to make sure everything is correct. If you need to edit any of the information, click the "Change" button at the bottom of that section. When you are satisfied that your credit or debit card information is accurate, click the "Pay Now" button to finalize your payment.

What items are covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection?

Purchase of most goods that can be posted and which do not violate PayPal policies. Here are a few examples of situations where an item doesn’t match the seller’s description: You bought a book and got a DVD, you bought a new item but got something that was used, you bought 3 items but only got 2, the item was damaged during delivery, the item is missing major parts (that the seller didn’t disclose).

If there's a problem, can I have a refund?

If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs.
