In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
You can receive a full or partial refund only in the following cases:
- If you decide to send back the item in new and unused condition and in it's original packaging within 60 days from the date you placed your order.
- If your item arrived damaged. (you must notify us within 7 days of receiving and attaching a photo by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org)
- If your item has never arrived after the business days mentioned in the shipping method (we will either send you the product again or refund you)
- If you received the wrong item or the wrong size or color. (provide a photo of the item received and we will replace it at no cost to you)
How to return an item?
Please fill this form: Return Request Form. After submitting the form, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse in the USA. As simple as that. It is very important to write "AtPerry's Healing Crystals" and your order number on the envelope. Don't forget to send us the tracking number so we can find your return and refund you.
What about customs charges?
It is very rare that our customers have to pay custom charges for the products, we do fill all the invoice questionnaires correctly and accurately to avoid this kind of charges. AtPerry's unfortunately cannot control each and every countries custom's restrictions and fees, and customers, like in every product they order online internationally, are responsible for the custom fees.
Offical Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your item has not arrived, but has been shipped by us and your local postal company claims it was "Delivered", this is not in our responsibility and we cannot refund this transaction. Depending on the case, we can re-send the item free of charge, or give you a coupon to order something else from our shop. "Delivered" items that have not arrived to your door or mailbox, should be solved with your local postal office, as they marked it as Delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
