I see on the selenite listing you mention yoni specifically. I have seen some of the crystals on this list in different shapes polished and sold for yoni. Humans are essentially water based, and as such do you agree that All of the above should be avoided for this purpose?

Please don’t publish my email address or full name, or tag me.

Hello, I just purchased a facial roller that I thought was made of real jade, but it turns out it is made from Xijuan (or Xiuyan) jade, which I believe is actually serpentine. I came across a few texts that talked about the connection between serpentine and asbestos. My concern is with using this
facial roller that it might contain asbestos. I expect the hardware contacting the stone as it’s being rolled could create a dust that one might breathe in (?) It’s being used directly on the face. Anyway, I’m curious to know your thoughts on this, and if it is indeed something to be concerned about.

Thanks.

There’s another one which I’ve used in healing – albeit sparingly – before.

Galena.

As its two constituents are lead and sulphur, it is extremely poisonous, and deeply unwise to use in an elixir.
